Portland singer-songwriter Kelly Brightwell and I return to the warm, inviting Bipar for another night of solo and duo sets. Also guesting in will be Jeff Porter on pedal steel and mandolin. Bipartisan Cafe in Montavilla serves locally roasted Stumptown coffee, fine teas from Tao of Tea, and homemade sandwiches and soups. Bipartisan's specialty is pies made from scratch.
