Art In The Pearl is Portland's annual Fine Arts & Crafts Festival, which occurs every year on Labor Day weekend. The 20th annual 2016 festival is free and fills the Pearl District's Park blocks with art, theater, music, and hands-on activities for people of all ages. Art In The Pearl has been named one of the top 10 Arts and Crafts Festivals in the country (source: Art Fair Source Book).
