Three Squirrels Winery, 17301 State Route B, St James, MO
This week I'm returning home from SERFA in North Carolina, but I'm taking a parachute drop into northern Ozarks country to share a show with friends and amazing music duo Richard and Maureen Hall, aka Bliss Hippy. Their music has been described as “… the perfect balance between meaningful, socially conscious messages and hilarious commentaries on life”. They have been traveling the country for years with their own brand of unique folk music, as well as leading dharma retreats. Maureen has taught and practiced mindfulness based Buddhist meditation for over a decade. We will be performing at Three Squirrels Winery in St James, Missouri. Beautiful countryside that I've not managed to wander through yet, so this should be a great time, with good music among friends. If you are in the area, come out and see us!
